Refund policy

Under Australian Consumer Law, customers are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund if a product:

• Is faulty

• Is significantly different from the description

• Is not of acceptable quality

For change-of-mind returns:

• Items must be unused and in original packaging

• Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs

• Return requests must be made within [14–30 days] of delivery

Lowercase Framing reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
