Lowercase Framing currently ships to customers within Australia only.

We may expand shipping to international locations in the future.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received.

Orders are not processed or shipped on:

  • public holidays in Australia

During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

3. Shipping Methods

Orders from Lowercase Framing are shipped using reputable Australian courier or postal services, such as:

  • other national courier providers where appropriate.

The shipping method will depend on the delivery location and parcel size.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • delivery location

  • package size and weight

  • selected shipping option

Occasionally, Lowercase Framing may offer free shipping promotions within Australia.

5. Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Queensland: 2–5 business days

  • NSW / Victoria: 3–6 business days

  • South Australia / Tasmania: 4–7 business days

  • Western Australia / Northern Territory: 5–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on courier services and external factors.

6. Order Tracking

If tracking is available for your order, a tracking number will be provided by email once the order has been shipped.

Customers can track deliveries through the relevant courier’s website.

7. Delivery Issues

Lowercase Framing is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • courier or postal service disruptions

  • weather events

  • incorrect shipping details provided by the customer

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe, please contact Lowercase Framing within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
