Lowercase Framing – DIY Frame Kits

1. Business Information

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to purchases made through the website of Lowercase Framing, an online partnership business based in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia.

By purchasing products from the Lowercase Framing website, you agree to these Terms.

2. Products

Lowercase Framing sells DIY frame kits, which may include:

  • Blank canvas

  • Wooden frame pieces

  • Frame joining mechanisms or hardware

  • Basic assembly instructions

Products are supplied unassembled, and customers are responsible for assembling the frame.

Product images are for illustration purposes and may vary slightly from the final product.

3. Orders

When placing an order with Lowercase Framing:

  • You must provide accurate shipping and contact information.

  • Orders are subject to product availability.

  • Lowercase Framing reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders where necessary.

Once an order is confirmed and payment is processed, it will be prepared for dispatch.

4. Pricing

  • All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).

  • Prices may include or exclude GST, depending on the business’s GST registration status.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Lowercase Framing reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

For change-of-mind returns:

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging

DIY frame kits from Lowercase Framing require self-assembly.

Customers must:

  • Ensure the frame is securely assembled before use

Lowercase Framing is not responsible for damage or injury caused by incorrect assembly, improper installation, or misuse of the product.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Lowercase Framing is not liable for indirect or consequential loss resulting from the use of our products.

  • Liability is limited to replacement, repair, or refund of the product.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights provided under Australian Consumer Law.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Lowercase Framing website including:

  • Branding

  • Product descriptions

  • Images

  • Logos

  • Website design

is the intellectual property of Lowercase Framing and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

11. Privacy

Customer information collected by Lowercase Framing is used only for:

  • Improving products and services

Customer information will not be sold or shared with third parties except where necessary to complete an order or comply with legal obligations.
